With nearby lakes, and lush, beautiful
landscape, your home is located in a neighborhood that is particularly
attractive to wildlife. Rats, squirrels, and raccoons are no respecter of
persons; the larger and more stately the home is, the more complicated the
roof is, and the more susceptible it is to these critters gaining access to
the attic through roof-eve corners and roof vents. Many homes have
animal-in-attic problems without the owners even knowing it. Unfortunately,
rodents and other wildlife do a lot of damage to the home via the attic,
including chewing electrical wires and air ducts, ruining insulation with
their droppings and urine, as well as they can spread disease to your family
and pets. |
